Revised Ordinary Operations (Concessional) Loan Regulations, Special Operations Grant Regulations, and Externally Financed Grant Regulations
The revised COL Loan Regulations (2022) will supersede the COL Loan Regulations (2017), the revised Special Operations Grant Regulations (2022) will supersede the Special Operations Grant Regulations (2017), and the revised Externally Financed Grant Regulations (2022) will supersede the Externally Financed Grant Regulations (2017). The revised regulations will become effective on 1 January 2022 and will apply to new COL loans and grants under ADB’s sovereign operations approved on or after 1 January 2022.

Waiver of ADB’s Concessional Assistance Policy-Based Lending Limits for 2019–2021
This provides a recommendation for the approval of a waiver of the ceiling of 22.5% for concessional resources from ADB's ordinary capital resources and grants from ADB’s Special Funds resources (Asian Development Fund), for the 3-year period from 2019 to 2021.
